Ask a team admin to invite you by email, or enter the team's join code in the app. You'll then see that event's crew features, stages, check-ins, and cues.
Open the Events tab to browse events and add the ones you're attending. Tap any act to favorite it, and you'll get a reminder before it starts. The Grid and Schedule tabs show the full line-up across every stage.
Make sure notifications are enabled for GigGrid in your device's Settings, and check your in-app alert preferences. Reminders for favorited acts are scheduled on your device, so keep the app installed and notifications allowed.
Yes. Your schedule and crew data are cached on your device so you can view them without a signal. Changes sync automatically once you're back online.
Smart Import lets organizers build a full schedule by pulling stages, acts, and times from a link or a file, so you don't have to enter everything by hand.
You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time from Account → settings inside the app, or by emailing hi@giggrid.app. Your data is permanently removed after a short grace period, except where we're legally required to retain it.
See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how it's used. We don't sell your data or use third-party tracking.
